In every garden store, you can find agrotextiles of various widths and thicknesses. The expense will be small, but the benefits are significant. Nothing protects strawberry plants from frost in snowless winters, especially from frosty winds, as well as agrotextile. Thanks to it, spring frosts are not a threat to flowering strawberries (unless the temperature measured at the height of the flowers drops below -5ºC)❄️. Using white agrotextile is the cheapest way to accelerate the fruiting of strawberries (sometimes even by several days!). It can be boldly said that for strawberries, it is like a “little quilt”.
