BARON VON SOLEMACHER Wild Strawberry:

• Quantity:10 potted cuttings (10-pack)
• Perennial, grows in one place for several years, stemless; Baron Solemacher is advised to cover for winter, for example with a piece of agro-weed
• Fruits from the first half of June to the end of October
• Fruits are large, longitudinally egg-shaped or heart-shaped, dark red, tasty, although not as sweet as in the case of Rügen.
• Fertility – very high, especially on fertile and sufficiently moist soils
• Medium resistance to fungal diseases and to frost
• Variety with large, aromatic, sweet red fruits. It bears fruit all summer until late autumn.
• Very fruitful, grows up to about 20 cm high, stemless.
• It grows best in fertile moist soils, 5.5 pH, in a sunny position.
• Plant them from May to the end of September.
• Cultivation of strawberries is very simple and does not cause problems even for novice gardeners.
